for the Treatment Of Cancer, best is surgical removal….
but can’t done in cases with spread to other parts, or generalised tumours eg blood leukemias,
now Chemotherapy, but has limited role as few cancers may not have proper blood supply, eg neural tumours, bone tumours,
for such cases radiotherapy is given exclusively,
but now a days its being given in post surgery/ or alongwith chemotherapy.
