Run 2 Inspire is celebrating the holidays with a pub crawl that everyone can enjoy! Last year approximately 30 people attended and we raised $1,000. This is an event you don’t want to miss!

On January 9th, Run 2 Inspire crawl down East Carson Street of Southside, Pittsburgh to raise awareness for Cervical Health Awareness Month. This was our first Pub crawl and we had approx. 35 people participate in it.
On Friday, July 10th 2009 R2I held a Happy Hour Fundraiser at Buckhead Saloon in Station Square. We had about 20 people that attended who were invited through eblast & WOM. Each person who came in donated $5 at the door and received a $10 gift certificate off for food. We also had door prizes and 50/50 drawing for people to sign up and donate money towards.
We started out our summer series, Guest Bartending at Buckhead Saloon in Station Square Saturday, June 20, 2009. It started out for the first hour slow, but picked up. We had approx about 12 people attend this event. We raised $66 that will go towards 2010 Purple Pin-Up Party. Next month Happy Hour Fundraiser at Buckhead's July 10, 2009 5p-9p, look out for our e-blast!
This summer R2I will have a series of Happy Hour and Guest Bartending events throughout the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia area. We kicked off this series on May 30, 2009 at Mad River Bar & Grille in Philadelphia. We had around 15 people turn out for the event. The proceeds raised went towards the 5K Walk/Run Race in August.
